Biography: Italian painter who has with his painting
contributed, from 1945, to the affirmation of abstract art in
Italy. In 1947 he went to Paris for the first time where, thank you
to Gino Saverini, he knows the major international artists among the
such as Georges Braque, Fernard Léger, Hans Arp, artists from which
he will be deeply affected by it. In 1948 he exhibited at the
Quadrennial of Rome and at the “Salon des réalités nouvelles” a
Paris; he often participates in the Venice Biennale.
